Genuine Russian Police (Ministry of Internal Affairs) 1993 edition anodized aluminium and enamel badge with two pins at the back, size 3.7 x 3 cm, weight 4 g, originally designed for headware, currently not in use.
The pins at the back are thin and can be bent by fingers; before attachment, please make a hole with a sharp object (not a knife); otherwise, you may damage the fixings.
