Return Policy

At Ganwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

You may return an item within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, paperwork, parts, and accessories.

 

A full refund of the product price (excluding shipping, handling, customs, or duties, if applicable), or

An exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. If the exchange item is cheaper, we will refund the difference (excluding shipping costs).

You may choose either:

 

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If the item you received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund including original shipping costs.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
