UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all online orders.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed Monday–Friday are usually delivered within 2–3 working days.
Next Working Day delivery is available (order by 10:00am, Mon–Fri).
Orders may be shipped from multiple locations and could arrive separately, but you will not be charged extra.
We do not deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
In some rural or remote areas, delivery times may take longer.

European Union Delivery

Free Standard International Priority Delivery on all orders.
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Import duties or local taxes may apply, depending on the country. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import charges or local taxes.

International Delivery (Outside UK & EU)

Estimated delivery time: 10–15 working days (delays may occur due to customs procedures).
Delivery costs vary by country and order size; charges are shown at checkout once the destination is selected.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Import duties, taxes and courier administration fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs regulations vary by country — please check with your local customs office if unsure.

USA Delivery

Orders to the United States are shipped using the new PDDP (Pre-Delivered Duty Paid) system introduced after 29 August 2025.
This system is designed to simplify delivery and customs clearance.
However, please note that US Customs may still issue separate charges for tax or duty in certain cases.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the customs office or courier.
