Vintage Russian Soviet-era graduation romb badge made of brass with hot enamel. Features the USSR state emblem in gilt finish on a blue and white romb base. This badge was awarded to graduates of Soviet universities and institutes across the USSR.
Originally produced in the Soviet Union (USSR). The reverse side has a screw-back fastener stamped Ленинградский Монетный Двор (Leningrad Mint).
