Produced in the USSR during the Soviet period, this badge belongs to the second level of the Pioneer youth organisation. Design includes the red star, flame, hammer and sickle, and the banner with “Всегда готов!” inscription.
Made of brass with hot enamel finish. Classic pin fastening on the reverse.
